FAQ
Answers about our digital design files, downloads and licensing.
You receive digital design files only. No physical product is shipped. After payment, we email you a download link for the files you purchased.
The download link is sent to the email address you used at checkout right after your payment is confirmed. If it does not arrive within a few minutes, check your spam folder, then contact us.
Formats vary by product and are listed on each product page. Our 2D files typically include print-ready formats such as PDF, PNG, and layered or vector files, while 3D files come in common model and scene formats.
Standard design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Blender, or free alternatives will open most files. Check the format listed on the product page before buying.

Unless a product page says otherwise, files are licensed for personal use. You may not resell, redistribute, or share the original files. Contact us if you need a commercial license.
First check your spam or promotions folder and confirm the email address you entered. If you still cannot find it, email [email protected] with your order details and we will resend it.
Yes. Your download link can be used again so you can save the files to a new device. Please keep a backup copy of your purchase.
Because digital files cannot be returned, refunds are limited. We will help or refund when a file is defective, does not open, or differs from its description. See our Return Policy for details.
Payments are processed securely at checkout through our payment providers. We never see or store your full card details.
